Kuongeza Uzito:

• Kuna baadhi ya watu wana uzito mdogo kuliko ule unaotakiwa kiafya
• Hali hii inajulikana kama underweight au “Uzito Mdogo” au “Kupungua” au “Wembamba” au “Uzito Pungufu”.

Dalili za Kuangalia:

• Unapokuwa na uzito pungufu, hii inaweza kusababisha:
   o Kupoteza afya ya mifupa
   o Matatizo ya Moyo
   o Matatizo ya Uzazi
   o Upungufu wa Lishe Muhimu
   o Upungufu wa damu
   o Kinga dhaifu ya magonjwa
   o Kuugua mara kwa mara

Nini Kinasababisha:

• Kuwa na Kazi Nyingi Zinazotumia Nguvu
• Kutokula chakula wakati wa mlo
• Kufunga
• Msongo wa Mawazo
• Sababu za Urithi (Vinasaba)
• Kuwa na Hyper-active thyroid inayosababisha kwenda haja kubwa mara kwa mara
• Uwezo wa mfumo wa kusaga na kunyonya chakula kushindwa kunyonya chakula kutokana na mwili kukosa mafuta.

Njia ya asili ya kutibu tatizo la kukonda kwa kutumia using Makuyu na  Zabibu Kavu:

1. Chukua kiasi cha Makuyu 6 yaliyokaushwa
2. Chukua kiasi cha Gramu 30 Cha Zabibu Zilizokaushwa
3. Ziloweke zote katika maji kwa usiku mzima
4. Tumia mara mbili kwa siku

Njia ya asili ya kutibu tatizo la kukonda kwa kutumia ashwagandha (Unga wa Kihindi), Maziwa ya Moto and  Samli:

1. Chukua Glaa 1  la Maziwa ya Moto
2. Ongeza vijiko 2 vya Chakula vya unga wa ashwagandha, (Mitishamba ya ayurvedic) (Ulizia maduka ya wahindi)
3. Ongeza Kijiko 1 cha Samli
4. Changanya vizuri
5. Kunywa mara mbili kila mwezi.
6. fanya hivyo kwa mwezi 1.

Njia ya asili ya kutibu tatizo la kukonda kwa kutumia Maembe na Maziwa:

1. Kula Embe zima moja, rudia hivyo mara 3 kwa siku.
2. Kila unapomaliza kula, kunywa glass moja ya maziwa
3. Fanya hivyo kwa mwezi moja

Weight Gain:

• Several people weigh less than their ideal body weight
• The condition is referred to as being underweight

Symptoms to look for:

• Being underweight can lead to:
   o Bone loss
   o Heart problems
   o Infertility
   o Lack of nutrition
   o Anaemia
   o Weak immune system
   o Frequent bouts of illness

Causes:

• Excessive physical activity
• Skipping meals
• Fasting
• Emotional stress
• Genetic factors
• Hyper-active thyroid leading to frequent bowel movement
• Inability to absorb food causing loss of fat

Natural home remedy using figs and raisins:

1. Take 6 dried figs
 
2. Take 30 g raisins
3. Soak both in water overnight
4. Eat in 2 doses through the next day

Natural home remedy using ashwagandha, hot milk and clarified butter:

1. Take 1 glass hot milk
2. Add 2 tbsp ashwagandha powder, commonly available ayurvedic herb (You can ask the packed powder in Indians shops)

3. Add 1 tsp clarified butter
4. Mix well
5. Drink twice every day
6. Do this for 1 month

Natural home remedy using mango and milk:

1. Eat 1 ripe mango 3 times a day
2. Follow it up by drinking 1 glass of milk
3. Do this for 1 month
